Vediamo quali sono i primi passi da seguire per creare un acquario e i primi accessori di cui abbiamo bisogno.Una volta lavata per bene la ghiaia e sistemato il fondo, viene introdotta l’acqua. Un modo per evitare che si creino delle fosse nel fondo, con l’introduzione dell’acqua, è quello di sistemare al centro dell’acquario un secchio e fare in modo che l’acqua tracimi da esso (l’ideale sarebbe un pentolino da cucina d'acciaio che sicuramente non tenderà a venire a galla). A questo punto sistemeremo le varie rocce (mai calcaree per gli acquari d’acqua dolce) e ornamenti vari, in modo da ricreare un ambiente adatto per i nostri nuovi amici. Nel caso volessimo inserire dei legni, ricordatevi di farli bollire in modo che rilascino gli acidi umici ed evitino così di ingiallire troppo l’acqua.
A questo punto accendiamo il filtro e aspettiamo che si vengano a creare nell’acquario le condizioni ideali per l’introduzione dei pesci e delle piante. Le piante è bene metterle dopo 24 ore, in modo che l’acqua raggiunga la temperatura impostata. Questi sono i primi passi da seguri per poter allestire un acquario e i primi accessori da utilizzare..
