All items available in the online catalog are generally shipped within 24/48 working hours of receiving the order. If you choose advance bank transfer or credit card as the payment method, the shipment will be made within 24/48 working hours of receipt of payment.

For items that are temporarily unavailable, delivery times will be communicated during the order or upon notification by email from Tropical Store s.r.l. Generally, for all items that need to be put into production, the expected delivery times are around 10 days. working.

Times could be longer for all deliveries to be made to islands and smaller islands or disadvantaged locations. The delivery times of the goods ordered are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. The express couriers agreed for our national shipments are GLS and SDA. When the order is shipped, the customer receives an e-mail message containing all the delivery details, including the tracking number, which can be used on the courier's website to check the shipping status. Attention: please note that the courier can activate the tracking service within the following 24/48 hours from the shipment of the package.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

A) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;

B) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or, in any case, altered.

It is possible to open an anomaly file at Tropical Store s.r.l. by sending an email to [email protected]. Any hidden damage or anomalies must be reported in writing by mail or registered letter with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document. In the event that the goods delivered and accepted by the customer subject to inspection are damaged and not insured, Tropical Store s.r.l. will refund the customer according to the times and amounts established by the courier. The delay in the refund is in no way attributable to Tropical Store s.r.l., but depends solely and exclusively on the timing relating to the management of the damage practices by the carrier. Delivery by courier will take place from Monday to Friday. The courier makes the first delivery without notice.

In the event of the Customer's absence, the courier will try to deliver again in the following 24 hours by giving advance notice; in case of further absence, the stock will be opened by the courier and the Customer will be contacted by Tropical Store s.r.l. with which he will define the details of the delivery and the release of the stock. If even the fourth attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Tropical Store s.r.l. resulting in cancellation of the order. Any amounts will be credited within 7 working days. Under no circumstances can the ordered goods be refused at the time of delivery. This circumstance will not be considered application of the right of return, but rather a breach of contract.
