Round and smooth braided. The 8-strand HMPE construction creates a thin, super strong braid with high abrasion resistance and superb knot toughness. R8 Precision Braiding technology with a high tension weaving process produces a perfectly round, soft, smooth wire with constant diameter and quality. The braid feels soft and silky with very low friction between the rings, which results in quiet performance and longer, more precise casts.
