Kairiki 8 is Shimano's new and renewed 8-ply braided line, made in Japan and featuring the “VT construction Method” technology.
It is a very strong and fluid PE line, perfect for reaching long casting distances. Available in diameters from 0.06mm to 0.42mm, breaking resistant up to 46.7kg.
It is perfect for spinning in both fresh and salt water as it is very sensitive and particularly fluid, which reduces noise.
It will be available in two new high visibility colors, Yellow and Multicolor, in addition to the classic Mantis Green and Steel Gray.
The Multicolor version is very interesting for deep fishing.
Thanks to the fluidity of the line and the small diameter, Kairiki 8 is excellent for jigging as it creates less water resistance and maximum elongation of <3.0%, it is also a very sensitive line.
