Braid 832 SUFIX.
This revolutionary 8 piece braid (7 pieces of Dyneema and 1 piece of Gore) combines the performance of Gore material with the control of SUFIX's 8 piece braiding technology. This precision construction allows to obtain a perfectly round and regular braid and improves the resistance in tension as at the knot. Gore fibers are made from expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). PTFE is an inert material, insensitive to salt water, all chemicals and UV. Gore possesses a very low coefficient of friction which gives this braid superior abrasion resistance, a reduction in noise and vibrations and, of course, increased casting performance.
