Ring to be used in conjunction with a pear fender for effortless anchor recovery,
Tie the rope on one side to the fender and on the other side to the carabiner.
Then attach the carabiner to the ring. Lower the float and tow the anchor at a speed of 6-8 knots. The float drops the anchor line down to the anchor, freeing it from the bottom and bringing it back to the surface.
