VENOX PLUS ANTIFOULING 2,5 LT
Copper-based self-polishing antifouling It is a copper-based self-polishing antifouling suitable for boats in wood, iron or fiberglass with speeds up to about 25 knots. The particular characteristics of the vehicle give this antifouling a constant and continuous release of antifouling agents for a period of 8-10 months for thicknesses of approximately 100 microns dry.
PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE AND APPLICATION CYCLE
New wooden fairings . Apply one coat of EVIOX CROMOMINIO widely diluted. Follow with two coats of SOLVER PRIMER, leaving 24 hours between coats. Then apply 2 coats of VENOX PLUS antifouling at least 12-24 hours apart.
New iron fairings. Apply a coat of EPOZINC 2C or EPOFOND AM-9 on sandblasted iron at grade 2-2.5, allowing it to dry for 12-24 hours. Then apply 2 coats of EPOFOND AM / 9 at intervals of no more than 24 hours from each other (at least 6-8 hours), then 2 coats of VENOX PLUS antifouling 18-24 hours apart.
Fairings already painted. Thoroughly sand the old compatible antifouling and apply 2 coats of VENOX PLUS respecting the recommended overcoating time.
