Self-polishing antifouling with high cuprous oxide content. Exceptional value for money, the ideal choice for the protection of boats up to 35 knots of speed up to 12 months. Not suitable for aluminum boats.

High quality SLA / 303 self-polishing antifouling with high cuprous oxide content. Based on special resins, cuprous oxide and antilime agents. It has the property of being dissolved by water uniformly and at controlled speed; the exhausted part is continuously removed from the surface due to the effect of motion, always keeping a fresh layer with maximum activity in contact with water.
In this way the useful life of the antifouling is directly proportional to the thickness of the applied film. By applying an appropriate thickness, the hull can remain clean for up to 24 months (minimum 3 coats with consumption of 8 m2 / l).
It also has the advantage of keeping the friction between water and hull within the minimum values; indeed, as time goes by, this friction decreases, as the product "self-polishes" being eroded more quickly on the raised areas than in the depressions of the surface. Solubility in water is very well balanced, therefore it can be used without problems even on fast hulls (up to 35 knots). This antifouling maintains its effectiveness even on boats that are stationed for a long time in ports.
