Phosphating: apply Rimox on the surface to be treated, with a brush or pad. If necessary, repeat the operation at a distance of 1 or 2 hours until obtaining the "gunmetal" coloration typical of phosphate iron salts
Phosphating is faster if performed by immersion in Rimox at 50 ÷ 70 ° C. At the end of the treatment it is necessary to rinse with water and leave to dry
The iron phosphates, formed from Rimox, are stable up to about 200 ° C. The phosphated surface has a thin thickness. You can renew it by repeating the treatment
It is recommended to cover it by painting
Polishing: apply with light rubbing and repeatedly. As soon as the metallic shine is achieved, rinse, dry, treat with CRC 6-66 or laminate or paint to keep the surface shiny
