PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT AND APPLICATION CYCLE
IMPREGNATION. Clean, degrease and sand the surfaces of the wood to be treated. Make sure that the wood is dry, apply 3-4 coats of EPOSEALER IMPREGNAZIONE E ANOSOSOSOSI at a distance of 12–24 hours from each other thus obtaining a final thickness of about 300 microns. Within 24 hours from the last coat of EPOSEALER IMPREGNATION AND ANTIOSMOSIS, apply one coat of our UNIFIBER PRIMER. EPOSEALER IMPREGNATION AND ANTI-OSMOSIS is applied by brush or roller.

OSMOSIS. For the treatment of the hulls affected by osmosis completely remove the layer of Gel Coat, eliminate (better by sandblasting) the osmosis bubbles with complete opening of the craters. Wash thoroughly with fresh water, preferably warm. Before treatment, make sure that the hull is perfectly dry. Apply on the osmosis areas 1 coat of EPOSEALER IMPREGNAZIONE E ANTIOSMOSI, after 12-24 hours apply a complete coat on the whole surface of the living work. Within 24 hours, smooth the osmosis craters with EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS until obtaining, with several grouting and correspondence cycles, a completely smoothed surface (if necessary, use PLAMUR FINISHER putty for finishing. Subsequently apply 3-4 coats of EPOSEALER IMPREGNAZIONE E ANTIOSMOSIS (12-24 hours apart) to obtain a total thickness of 600 microns. Within 24 hours of the last coat, apply one coat of UNIFIBER PRIMER. EPOSEALER IMPREGNATION AND ANTIOSMOSIS is applied by brush or roller. L The recommended application is a short-haired roller that allows thicknesses of 100-120 microns per coat.
