ANTI-MOLD IMPREGNATING LIGNUM

Exceptional product that accumulates the quality of the best impregnating agent to those of a finishing product

The high penetration power, its fungicidal, anti-woodworm and anti-mold characteristics make it an ideal protective for wood

In the colorless version it leaves the wood its natural starting aspect, while the standard colors allow it to give the same shade of light wood like fir or pine

The particular and transparent pigments used, in addition to an exceptional light fastness and atmospheric agents, enhance the wood grain enhancing its beauty.

LIGNUM IMPREGNANTE as well as as an impregnating agent in the most common paint or enamel finish cycles, it can also be used as a finishing coat, obtaining a "rustic" result that is beautiful and comfortable for subsequent maintenance.

The first coat is completely absorbed by the wood, protecting it in depth, it raises the surface of the same allowing for easy sanding, necessary to obtain a soft and velvety final appearance. At least two more coats are needed to obtain a good protection and finish, without having a high thickness, which would complicate the subsequent remaking

The rustic finish thus obtained can instead be easily restored with a single coat of LIGNUM IMPREGNANTE, in this way expensive intervention works are avoided and the wood always maintains its best appearance

Its ease of application always allows obtaining good results.

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT AND APPLICATION CYCLE:

New wood

On wood, preferably dry, seasoned and clean, apply a first coat of LIGNUM IMPREGNANTE to deeply impregnate the pores. After 24 hours, two more coats of LIGNUM IMPREGNANTE can be applied for a "rustic" semi-gloss finish. Can be painted over with 2 coats of LIGNUM CERATO.
Note: Finishing with synthetic or greasy paints, such as Topkapi UV, Bekol, Superwind etc. or possibly with Topkapi, Sintolin etc. glazes. it must be carried out after 3-4 days from the application of LIGNUM IMPREGNANTE.
